Exploring Chakra Energy Balance
Exploring Chakra Energy Balance
This 8-week workshop offers an overview of the 7 Primary Chakras flowing from traditional concepts to practical applications. The course includes an exploration of the history and theory of the Chakra system along with discussion and opportunities for personalized application through journaling, visual art, select tastings, yoga asanas, flows, meditations, mudras, music, vibrational sound, and sacred chants as they relate to each week’s focus. The minor chakras will also be introduced, as appropriate to each week with a nod to the wider system of 114 Chakras. This course is designed for personal edification and it will provide yoga teachers with a concise platform of basic information to share with students and incorporate into yoga sessions.

"It is with a sense of gratitude that I present the long-proven, life-changing, concepts in this course because I know from personal experience how the understanding of simple practices, such as balancing the many-faceted energy centers of our being, can lead to a deeper understanding of self and our ability to accept and nurture sustainable happiness both within and without. When in sync, as they are made to be, the body, mind, and spirit gracefully uplift us to our higher selves. I welcome the opportunity to introduce you to an opportunity not only to experience this peaceful sense of self but to offer the practices that will allow you to maintain that balance."
